As the newest member of the executive team and Chief Financial Officer of Solver, Amy leads the finance and accounting operations. Amy brings 20+ years of experience building sound financial and corporate governance for software and SaaS companies. Most recently and prior to Solver, Amy built a worldclass F&A function and drove well-rounded and healthy financial growth at Tiny, a WYSIWYG HTML editor development and SaaS company, which resulted in a successful M&A exit to a private equity firm. Amy is a proven trusted leader and culture builder who has established balanced, happy global ecosystems that invigorate creativity and motivate high performance; she plans to replicate her prior successes at Solver.
